We do not ask for, and you should not send us through the form, your date of birth, social insurance number, health details, financial information or licence documents.
If you contact us by any of these means, we collect only what you choose to give us. This is usually your name, contact details and your message.
Why: to answer your question and follow up on your request.

Recruitment forms: our form includes an optional, unticked box to receive occasional email updates from us. If you do not tick it, you will not be added to any email list. You will only hear from us about the enquiry you made.
If you made an enquiry but did not opt in: we may contact you by phone, text or email about that enquiry for up to six months. After that, we stop unless you ask us to keep in touch.
Every email or text from us identifies us and gives you an easy way to unsubscribe, for example by clicking "unsubscribe" or replying STOP. We act on your unsubscribe request within 10 business days, and usually much sooner.
You can also withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (section 12).
